Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 package chocolate-cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 package instant chocolate-pudding mix
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Directions
  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour into slow cooker and cover.

  3. For a slow cooker with a 6-quart capacity, cook on high for 2 hours. Cake is done when an inserted wooden skewer comes out clean.

  4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
