Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour into slow cooker and cover.
For a slow cooker with a 6-quart capacity, cook on High for 2 hours. Cake is done when an inserted wooden skewer comes out clean.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
