Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup vanilla-flavoured frozen yogurt (2 small scoops)
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 2 tablespoons Eight-minute Chocolate Sauce
  • Eight-Minute Chocolate Sauce
    Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup 35% cream
  • 1/2 cup quality cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Directions

    For Eight-Minute Chocolate Sauce: Place all ingredients in a small pot and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce temperature to a simmer.

    Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm, or cool and refrigerate for later use. To soften from fridge, pop in the microwave for a minute or two.

  • 3.

    To make shake: Place all ingredients in a blender.

  • 4.

    Buzz until smooth and frosty.
