In a large bowl combine mushrooms, coloured peppers, celery, onion, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. In a measuring cup or small bowl whisk to together oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and marinate at room temperature 1 hr or refrigerate to marinate longer. Spoon over omelets, grilled fish or meat.
