Ingredients
12-inch (30-cm) round Italian-style flatbread1/3 cup (75 mL) pesto1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled feta cheese1-1/2 cups (375 mL) sliced mushrooms1 seeded and chopped tomato1/4 cup (50 mL) thinly sliced red onion1/4 tsp (1 mL) black pepper
Directions
1.Put Italian-style flatbread on a pizza pan; spread evenly with pesto. Top pesto evenly with about half of the crumbled feta cheese, then sliced mushrooms, chopped tomato and thinly sliced red onion. Sprinkle with black pepper.
2.Scatter the another half of crumbled feta evenly over vegetables.
3.Bake in a 450ºF (230ºC) oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until feta starts to brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
