Ingredients
  • 8 large potatoes, diced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 radishes, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until firm but cooked.

  2. While potatoes are cooking, chop up green onion, radishes and dill, You can also make a radish flower for the garnish (cut little slices around the edge of the radish and place in ice cold water). Drain the potatoes, but do not rinse with cold water, simply drain and mash slightly. Add mayo while the potatoes are still hot, add other chopped items and serve hot. Yes, serve it hot! It's so tasty. The next day, you can have the leftovers as a cold potato salad!
