Ingredients
1 bag shredded coleslaw mix (250 g)1 small red pepper, thinly sliced1 Cup bean sprouts1/4 Cups chopped cilantro1/4 Cups chopped peanuts
Indonesian Coleslaw Dressing
Ingredients
3 tablespoons rice vinegar3 tablespoons hoisin sauce2 teaspoons minced ginger2 teaspoons sesame seed oil1 teaspoon soy sauce1 teaspoon granulated sugar1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
1.In large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients for the salad.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together.
3.Just before serving, pour dressing over salad, toss and sprinkle with peanuts.
