Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded coleslaw mix (250 g)
- 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 Cups chopped cilantro
- 1/4 Cups chopped peanuts
Indonesian Coleslaw Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
In large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients for the salad.
In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together.
Just before serving, pour dressing over salad, toss and sprinkle with peanuts.
