Remove skin from underside of ribs. Place on broiler pan and broil on both sides to remove excess fat. Squeeze lemon juice liberally over ribs and then sprinkle the seasonings to your heart's content.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves as many as you want it to.
