Cinnamon Butter

This sublime concoction goes well with our Slow-Cooker Banana Bread , but would also be fantastic on waffles or simply slathered on toast.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pounds unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons quality honey
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • pinches kosher salt
  • Directions
  • 1.

    Combine ingredients in a bowl and blend, using a spatula until well mixed. Serve butter room temperature, alongside banana bread. Cinnamon butter is also delicious served on pancakes or waffles.
