Ingredients
  • canola oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 Cups canola oil
  • 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 1/2 Cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 11/2 teaspoons allspice
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray 5 x 9-inch loaf pan with canola oil cooking spray and dust with flour.

    Beat together canola oil, sugar and egg; add applesauce. Add dry ingredients and raisins, stirring until just combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
