Ingredients
canola oil cooking spray1/2 Cups canola oil1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar1 egg1 Cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 Cups whole-wheat flour1/4 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoons ground cloves11/2 teaspoons allspice1 Cup raisins
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray 5 x 9-inch loaf pan with canola oil cooking spray and dust with flour.
2.Beat together canola oil, sugar and egg; add applesauce. Add dry ingredients and raisins, stirring until just combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
