For most people, worrying involves dwelling on things that are out of our control. While worry can serve you, worrying about things that are beyond your control does not—in fact, it can negatively affect your physical and mental well-being. The key to transforming from a worry-filled mom into a worry-free mom is to take action to control the controllable and to learn to let go of the rest.
