Answering our call for amazing teachers, hundreds of nominations poured in from across the nation — from Lunenburg, N.S., to Yorkton, Sask., to Victoria, B.C. Written by parents and kids, the submissions sang the praises of the wonderful teachers they know and love. We created a short list and then turned to our hand-picked panel of educational experts, who analyzed the best of the best and completed the very difficult task of selecting the top three teachers in Canada.
