Breastfeeding is a great way to bond with your baby and give them the nutrients they need. However certain foods are important to eat during this time to keep mom healthy. Get the need to know on what breastfeeding moms should be eating to have a healthy baby from omega-3s to nuts and berries.

Certain foods can affect breast milk (alcohol being one of them!), so when baby is reliant on you for nutrients, it’s important to eat foods that will little ones to grow.
