Strawberry Cheesecake Santa Hats Make a Tasty Holiday Treat

Photography by Lorie, Reading Confetti

We’ve seen quite a few variations on this quick and easy Christmas-y treat over on Pinterestsome with brownies, some with cupcakes—but we’re especially taken with this version, which we spotted over at Reading Confetti, the website of crafty mama Lorie. She introduced us to four little words that have made our day: Strawberry Cheesecake Santa Hats.

We love that it only takes a few ingredients to whip up a batch of these yummy treats, which would make a great addition to any holiday spread. This is also a great recipe for your junior chef, who can handle everything from prep to assembly.

What you’ll need:
• Strawberries
• Vanilla wafers
• Cream cheese
• Vanilla extract
• Powdered sugar
Piping bag and tip

You’ll find the full recipe and instructions over at Reading Confetti. For more great holiday goodies, check out our Christmas Guide.
