We’re counting down to St. Patrick’s Day here at CF.ca. Our slow cookers are prepped and ready to make some hearty Beef and Guinness Irish Stew and we can’t wait to whip up all of these rainbow desserts (pot of gold not included, of course). And to top it off, we’ve stumbled across this quick and easy recipe for a yummy St. Patrick’s Day treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat: Leprechaun Hat Marshmallow Pops from Lindsay Ann at Dollhouse Bake Shoppe.
What you’ll need:
• Large marshmallows
• Nilla wafers
• Green candy melts
• Licorice rope
• Small yellow candy for the buckle (think M&M or Skittles)
• Lollipop sticks
