Well, February has arrived (we know—we can’t believe it, either) and that means another Groundhog Day will soon be upon us. As groundhogs from coast to coast prepare for their day in the spotlight, we’ll be in the kitchen, prepping some of these Groundhog Pudding Cups from Jill at Kitchen Fun with My Thee Sons.
