Dad Glenn said this one was easy to make, but nobody liked the flavour. Bruce said it was “too spicy” and Ryan thought “it had too much of a taste.” The verdict: The spices in this dish offer variety, and the moderate levels of sodium and protein make it a healthy option. If the flavour is too intense, try adding some plain wild or brown rice to the recipe.
