I’ve got another St. Patrick’s Day snack for you here today. If you have a shamrock cookie cutter, this recipe is beyond easy—and really tasty too! My husband and I enjoy this snack as much as the kids do. It’s really healthy for kids and makes a great afternoon or after-school snack.
What you’ll need
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Using your shamrock cookie cutter, cut shamrock shapes out of your spinach tortillas. Place these shamrocks on an ungreased baking sheet evenly spaced out in a single layer.
3. Bake these tortillas in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
4. Place the tortilla chips on a plate and serve with a side of hummus.
This is a really cute, really easy and really healthy snack. Give it a try—I bet you’ll love it!
