The Summer Olympics are almost a week in, and what better way to celebrate than with some delicious breakfast food! We stumbled upon these colourful Olympic Ring Waffles by Kelli at Random Thoughts of a SUPERMOM!, and we think they are absolutely adorable.

You can find the full instructions for these yummy waffles on the Random Thoughts of a SUPERMOM! blog. It’s a fun recipe to surprise the kids with on a weekend morning, or to eat while watching the Olympic festivities.
