5 Tasty Flavoured Soda Recipes

Add a little extra sparkle to your next party with these tasty flavoured sodas

1. Sparkling Pimm’s Lemon Tea (For Adults)
Brew ½ cup strong Earl Grey tea and stir in 1 tablespoon sugar until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Pour tea into a glass filled with ice and add ½ cup sparkling water, 1 ½ ounce Pimm’s and juice of 1 lemon. Garnish with lemon. Makes 1

2. Pomtastic Bubbly
Cut 1 pomegranate in half and remove seeds. Combine ½ cup Pom concentrate with 2 cups soda. Add sugar to taste, if needed. Fill 4 glasses with ice; divide pomegranate seeds between glasses and pour in Pom soda. Makes 4

3. Pineapple-Orange Melon- Ball Punch
Purée 4 cups chopped pineapple (about 1 pineapple, skinned and cored; reserve 4 chunks) with liquid from 2 284-milliliter cans mandarin oranges, and strain through cheesecloth (makes about 2 cups juice). Meanwhile, ball 2 cups melon (about a half melon). Mix equal parts soda with pineapple juice and pour into 4 glasses. Divide melon and mandarin orange segments between glasses, add ice and garnish with a skewered melon ball, orange segment and reserved chunk of pineapple. Makes 4

4. Watermelon Sparkle
Purée ½ small seedless watermelon (volleyball-sized; about 3 ½ cups chopped). Mix equal parts soda with watermelon purée, serve over ice and garnish with a watermelon slice. Makes 4

5. Too-Blue Fizz
Purée 1 cup each blueberries and grapes. Mix purée into 2 cups soda and pour into 4 ice-filled glasses. Makes 4
