S’mores are filled with chocolate and marshmallows. The combination is intensely delicious. Here are some tips when cooking with marshmallows: they should be stored at room temperature (tightly sealed), for up to six months. If you store them in the freezer, they won’t dry out and cold marshmallows are easier to cut. If marshmallows become too hard, put them in the microwave on ten second intervals to get the preferred softness.
Top your cupcakes by placing a marshmallow on top of the cupcake, a couple of minutes before removing them, the marshmallow will melt deliciously on top.
