Eye Candy: Vintage Baby Clothes

Blue Organza Dress, circa 1925

Blue Organza Dress, circa 1950

We love baby clothes, and we also love vintage clothes. So imagine our bliss when someone sent us a link to this gorgeous site: Belle Heir. The site sells beautiful coo-worthy vintage baby clothes. And by vintage, we’re not talking bell-bottomed onesies: these are beautiful pieces from the late 19th century up to the mid-20th.

Certainly worth a perusal, and a great place to find something beautiful for a very special occassion (the items aren’t cheap, but shipping is available to Canada).

I just bought for my boyfriends niece a 60’s vintage winter dress with a hand made collar and all at a second hand store- needed some fixing up not to fall apart on the five year old child hehe- I mean, they run and just and fall hehe, but it was so worth the while :) She look perfect, little Beatle :)

I’ve been collecting vintage clothing for many years. My youngest daughter wears alot of it : ) I love your post and all the pretties!!! I wanted to tell you about my vintage new clothing line I have started. I work alot off of actual vintage patterns or original vintage items and create original patterns or use them for inspiration. I just posted up these super cute vintage new pajama set. they are made from an original vintage pattern but they are new!!! I love them sooooooooooo much more than what you find in the store! they are so girlie and fun! what do you think? : ) http://www.etsy.com/listing/47754512/vintage-repro
