Remember when good ol’ petroleum jelly was the best, all-purpose beauty bargain? Neither do we. But it’s with good reason that it has been around since 1870. Those with sensitive skin swear by it as a gentle eye makeup remover, while moms are using it as an all-purpose moisturizer for babies’ skin.
