To make this adorable and portable bed:
- Trim one end of the cover of a little box, so that it slides open like a matchbox.
- Leaving room for long ears or bushy tails, add foam for a mattress.
- Finish with bedding made from fabric or paper scraps.

Slide the bed closed and wrap with a ribbon for a charming present your child can pass on to a friend or sibling.
