It’s just about time to head out into the night to do some trick-or-treating. Mom adds the final touch to a beautiful (and easy) princess costume: a paper party hat dressed up with a few ribbons and pom-poms. And considering that Halloween is the third-largest party occasion of the year (after Christmas and New Year’s), it’s no wonder trick-or-treaters want to look their best.
