Is your house buzzing with excitement over Halloween costumes and trick-or-treating? Create your own Halloween Countdown Calendar to mark the days until All Hallows’ Eve arrives with this not-so-creepy craft from Camille at Makoodle.

Filling your countdown calendar tins with candy is certainly a treat, but Camille recommends using jokes or other fun knick-knacks to cut back on the pre-Halloween sugar high.

What you’ll need:

• 2” Round metal tins (these ones from Wilton work well)
• Free Halloween countdown printable (available on Makoodle)
• Circle punch (Camille used 2” Fiskars Squeeze Circle Punch)
• Mod Podge
• Magnets
• Magnetic board
• Crafting glue (E-6000 craft adhesive works well)
• 10×20 frame
• Metal sheet
• Metal cutters
