The Ringmaster

It all begins with the jacket: Attach fabric tails to the backside of an old or second-hand blazer, then cover the jacket with red duct tape and the lapels in yellow duct tape. Decorate with fringe and attach a brass button. Use a piece of yellow fabric for an ascot and trim a mini top hat and the cuffs of the jacket with ribbon. Wear with black leggings, black boots and a plain white tee.
