Glue two large Popsicle sticks in a cross and attach to the top of a plain baseball hat. Using duct tape, section off stripes on leotards (or leggings) and a shirt; paint or spray-paint (for a more haphazard look) black. Top with a pair of black shorts for him and a black skirt for her. Cut red strips of felt for suspenders and pin in place.
