Sure, proud new parents Beyoncé and Jay-Z could have sold the first public photos of their little bundle of joy, Blue Ivy, for millions of dollars (a la Brangelina or J-Lo). But instead, the tech-savvy parents opted to skip the highest bidder routine and take those photos straight to the source. They shared a set of five lovely snaps of their wee babe with fans via their respective websites and a special Tumblr account, helloblueivycarter.tumblr.com.
