Tips for Watching Fireworks with Kids on the Canada Day Long Weekend

There’s so much to love about Canada Day! This glorious day off (a banner 150th anniversary this year, too!) in order to mark Canada’s birthday also marks the first of many long weekends over the summer.

Will you have a barbecue? Take a weekend road trip? Check out an amusement park? Or just chill out at home? Whatever your decision, chances are the evening will end with a bang—literally!—as most towns and cities mark the holiday with a dazzling display of fireworks.
