Rhubarb Lemonade

(serves 4) Mix together 2 cups of rhubarb water, 1 ½ cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice plus the zest from one lemon and ¼ cup extra-fine sugar. Add additional sugar if required. Refrigerate and serve with ice.
