Meet Justin Bieber’s Valentine, 6-Year-Old Avalanna Routh

While we have previously been known to roll our eyes at the antics of one Mr. Justin Bieber (auctioning off a snake called Johnson? Come on), this week we find ourselves inching closer to Belieber status, thanks to a very special Valentine’s Day date that the star shared with 6-year-old fan Avalanna Routh.
Routh, who was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer known as AT/RT when she was nine months old, is a devoted Justin Bieber fan. So much so, in fact, that The Jimmy Fund Clinic at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, threw a pretend wedding last year so that Routh could “marry” her favourite singer. On Monday, the little Mrs. Bieber finally got to meet her husband face to face.
And what did they do for their first date?
They ate cupcakes. And played Candy Land.
(Did your heart just melt? Yeah, ours too.)
Bieber shared photos of their meeting via his Twitter account, and tweeted, “that was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! #MrsBieber” (sic)
