Groundhog Pudding Cups Make a Great Groundhog Day Treat!

Well, February has arrived (we know—we can’t believe it, either) and that means another Groundhog Day will soon be upon us. As groundhogs from coast to coast prepare for their day in the spotlight, we’ll be in the kitchen, prepping some of these Groundhog Pudding Cups from Jill at Kitchen Fun with My Thee Sons. Apart from being super cute, we like that this recipe is easy and relatively quick. Your junior chef will no doubt have a blast assembling all the pieces to create a little piece of edible art.
What you’ll need:
• Chocolate pudding
• Vanilla wafers
• Candy eyes
• Chocolate chips
• Mini marshmallows
• Cookie frosting
• Oreo cookies (optional)
