Happy Groundhog Day! The verdict is in, and both Wiarton Willie in Ontario and Shubenacadie Sam in Nova Scotia have predicted that an early spring is on the way. (Our neighbours to the south were not so fortunate, as Punxsutawney Phil is calling for six more weeks of winter.) To celebrate, we’ve got three tasty spring-themed recipes to help you shake off those winter blues. Hang in there—spring will be here before you know it!
