Whenever I know I have a big crowd coming over, I like to do as much prep work as I can beforehand. That way I can enjoy my company instead of getting stuck in the kitchen preparing food for them all. Wraps are a great way to accomplish this, as I can easily make a lot of them well before I have people over and they go a long way in padding out whatever else I may have planned in the food department.

Here’s what I whipped together recently for my sister’s birthday party—feel free to improvise and come up with your own delicious wrap ideas! They also make a great lunch for the kids to take to school.

Ingredients:
• 12 flour tortillas
• 18 slices roast beef (or deli meat of your choosing)
• 1 cup fresh arugula
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons horseradish

Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise and horseradish.
2. Spread the horseradish mixture on each tortilla, top with roast beef and arugula.
3. Insert a toothpick at each end and slice each wrap in half. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Each Monday, he shares a yummy recipe or great food tips to help your family get the most out of mealtime. Check out his blog at GrillInterrupted.com. You can also find him on Twitter.
