If you’re planning to host a large crowd for Thanksgiving this year, the idea of making multiple pumpkin pies to satisfy all your guests may seem a bit overwhelming. That’s why we love this great idea for mini pumpkin pies made in a muffin tin, which we stumbled upon over at Make and Takes, where it was shared by the website’s founder, Marie LeBaron.
Apart from being a cute twist on traditional pumpkin pie, we think these little pies are the perfect size for little hands to hold. And really, who wouldn’t love to enjoy their very own individual pie?
What you’ll need:
• Pumpkin pie filling (you can use our pumpkin pie recipe)
• Pie crust doughs (pre-made, or make your own)
• Bowl or round 4″ cookie cutter
• Muffin tin
• Whipped cream
You’ll find the complete instructions for these mini pumpkin pies over at Make and Takes. Looking for another sweet treat to impress your Thankgiving guests? Try these Pie-Dough Lattice Cookies. Delish!
