September 1st, 2011
Our calendars are now showing September in big letters and we are making sure our children have everything they need for school, while also making the most of the last bits of summer sun. This is an exciting time for our kids—a new school year means a fresh and clean palette for new friends, new stories, new memories.
Make sure that not a single memory goes unnoticed with this School Years Keepsake Box for School Memories. Each box comes complete with a guided memory journal, six customizable folders and helpful labels to organize all of your treasures. You and your child can make special folder for “report cards” or “sports” or “awards.” It’s a great project for the entire family to do together and it will last a lifetime (because you never know when you’ll want to look back at those kindergarten report cards!).

My favourite memory was getting all new books and materials every September.
My favorite school moment was with a favorite teacher, some teachers are so encouraging and you remember them the rest of your life because of the kind words of wisdom they teach to their students!
My favourite memory of school is the first day because everything is new and somewhat challenging
My favourite memory was my music class. It was what inspired me to be who I am.
My favroutie memory was seeing everyone in their new outfits and haircuts on the first day of school.
winning the track & field championship !
seeing my friends after a long summer!
the thrill of back to school shopping. “doesn’t it want to make you buy a boquet of freshly sharpened pencils?”
My best memories are sitting at the kitchen table with my mom and doing my school projects. Didnt seem so important at the time, but since she has passed away I treasure those times and look forward to helping my kids with their school work!
My favorite school memory is from the 3rd Grade when my brother started JK at my school. Part of the reading program at my school allowed the Grade 3 students to visit the JK class and read them stories. Our weekly visits helped my class to feel like we were contributing to the learning of younger students and the JK students loved having the “big kids” read to them. I was very close to my little brother, so an added benefit for me was getting to visit him and his friends in their classroom!
My favorite school memory are of the friendships that I made playing on school teams. Many of these folks are still some of my closest friends today.
