Celebrity Baby News: Sarah Polley Announces She’s Expecting Her First Child

Sarah Polley has taken on many roles since her childhood acting days as Sara Stanley on TV’s Road to Avonlea. She has been an actress, a director and a screenwriter. And now it seems that Sarah is taking on two more roles—as a wife and a mother. Yes, it’s true. In one of quietest celebrity weddings ever, Polley, 32, married her boyfriend David Sandomierski at Haisai just outside of Toronto.
“It was pretty much the best wedding of all time,” Polley tells Toronto.com. “Lots of great food.”
Polley is in Toronto at the Toronto International Film Festival this week promoting her latest film, Take This Waltz, and also debuting her three-month pregnant baby belly.
