Fall may be upon us, but that doesn’t mean grilling season is over just yet! And we can’t think of a better reason to fire up the grill this weekend than these yummy Fresh Fruit Kebobs with Maple Vanilla Dipping Sauce from our sister site, 20 Minute Supper Club.
Even the pickiest little eater won’t be able to turn down this sweet dessert. You can easily customize the fruit selection to suit your family’s tastes. And even if your little ones are unsure about grilled fruit, they’ll still flip for the sweet, creamy dipping sauce. The best part? It’s ready and on your table in less than 20 minutes.
What you’ll need:
• Wooden skewers
• Fruit of your choice (think pears, nectarines, peaches and chunks of pineapple)
• Butter
• Sugar
• Cinnamon
• Angel Food Cake (optional)
Maple Dipping Sauce
• Plain yogurt (thick Balkan-style works best)
• Pure maple syrup
• Orange peel
• Vanilla
You’ll find the full recipe and directions over at 20 Minute Supper Club. For another take on fruit dippers, check out our Honey Ricotta Fondue with Fruit Dippers. You may also like our Chicken Waldorf Sandwich Kebobs with Yogurt Dip. Delish!
