There’s something particularly delightful about desserts that come in two-bite form. Two-bite brownies? Yum! Two-bite cheesecake? Sign us up. Apart from being fun to eat, two-bite snacks are also incredibly kid-friendly, thanks to their small size. They’re easy for little fingers to hold and they’re just the right portion size.

So you can imagine our excitement when we stumbled upon this recipe for Two-Bite Baby S’mores, shared by Michelle Keith on her site, The Village Cook. It’s a slightly more sophisticated take on the classic campfire treat and can be enjoyed any time of the year, which is a definite bonus for our s’mores loving team here at CF!

What you’ll need:
• Mini muffin pan
• Graham cracker crumbs
• Butter
• Sugar
• Vanilla
• Chocolate filling (chocolate chips, homemade ganache, etc)
• Marshmallows (large)

You’ll find the full recipe for Baby S’mores at The Village Cook. But be warned: the photos will definitely make you hungry!
