We’re big fans of the eco-friendly birthday party theme here at CF. We’ve talked about eco-chic party invites, great green party loot and earth-friendly party activities. But what about nature-inspired party treats? Well, we’ve got that, too, thanks to a little help from Martha.
These adorable Potted Chocolate-Mint Puddings are the perfect treat for your next eco-inspired soiree, since they look just like little potted plants. Whether your wee one has a green thumb or just loves the great outdoors, this pretty dessert is sure to put a smile on their face.
What you’ll need:
• Sugar
• Cornstarch
• Cocoa powder
• Salt
• Heavy cream
• Whole milk
• Pure vanilla extract
• Semisweet chocolate
• Pure mint extract
• Unsalted butter
• Chocolate wafer cookies
• Mint sprigs to garnish
