15 Ways to Get Your Jedi-in-Training Ready For Star Tours

To celebrate the launch of Star Tours at Disneyland, the July edition of our Lucky 15 Contest will share 15 ways to prepare your little Jedis to step aboard the Starspeeder and journey into the Star Wars galaxy.

1. The Star Wars Cookbook: Wookie Cookies and Other Galactic Recipes by Robin Davis, available at Indigo, $22. Do your little Padawans like to be in the kitchen? Whip up all kinds of galactic goodies, from Boba Fett-Uccine to C-3PO Pancakes.

2. Admiral Sackbar puppet. Use this simple paper lunch bag puppet as inspiration to see what you can find and use around the house to make your favourite Star Wars characters. Chewbacca perhaps?

15. Shakespeare Star Wars Lighted Fishing Kit for Kids, available at Bass Pro Shops, $15. Swap his lightsaber for this fishing rod, which lights up with the press of a button.

    Hard to pick just one but Buzz LightYear is up there. I love the fact that you can compete against your friends and family as you shoot at targets with your laser gun.
